The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan is hereby authorized to purchase of and from the Registered Owners thereof: a 52.8 m@ portion of Rem. "B", Plan 80383 in District Lot 174 and 289, Group 1, identified as Parcel "2" and shown included within the heavy outline on a plan certified by Robert M, Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 10th day of June, 1992, all in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $1.00 for each portion and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding Section hereof. A copy of the plan referred to in Seetion 1 and Section 2 hereof is attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof. Those portions of lane described in Section 1 hereof are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds. Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the City, shall be established as additions to the roads in the City. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of - the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affiz the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. .
