Move. i right: That Rezoning Application No. 4/93 and Development Permit No. 5/93 for 3120 and 3132 Flint Street be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning, Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements, Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department, Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and Issuance of a Development Permit. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 5/93; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditivzs noted above.
