From the City Planner, July 21st, 1993 regarding Rezoning Application No. 4/93 and
Development Permit No. 5/93 for 3120 and 3132 Flint Street.

Move. i right:

That Rezoning Application No. 4/93 and Development Permit No. 5/93 for 3120 and 3132
Flint Street be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-4
(Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning,

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements,

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department,

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;

Consolidation of the properties into one lot;

The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and

Issuance of a Development Permit.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 5/93; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to
the conditivzs noted above.

That Rezoning Application No. 48/93 for 3250 Fox Street be approved to proceed for
rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and RT-1 (Two
Family Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements,

c) Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit.
