RECOMMENDATION :

That the Clerk's office be authorized to endorse this Strata Title
Application Subject To:

1. Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the property to prevent new or
existing buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites.

BACKGROUND:

This application is for Strata Title of an existing legal duplex. RT-1
(Two Family Residential).

the attic required upgrading (this has now been completed and a re-inspection
confirms the work was done satisfactorily).
