Due parttatly to the fact that we have Robson Square at Prime
Chrtetmas shopping time and that we have lost the Hyeroft Sate,
thie years's exhtbitton witl be a theme show geared mainly towards
sales, The exatbitton committee feeta that "Cooking with Clay"
Lé original and exetting, which, with the eupport and enthuetasm
of the membership eould be an extremely euceeseful event. Unltke
last year, the space will be breken inte several display/salee
areas as follows:

L. KITCHEN - We wili tnetal temporary ovens, micro wavee and dish-
washers in order to show that certain pottem ts safe for these
appliances. We hope to also show examplea of the types of food
whieh ean be prep ared in eeramie cookware.

2. TABLE SETTINGS - We will set up examples of "dining areas" as
complete with elay products as possible in order to show how food
ean be served on ceramic table ware.

¢, CERAMIC "FOOD" RELATED SCULPTURE -Thie area ts opttenal depend-
tng on the reaponee. We know that there are artists who make

"“elay food" and we witli use thie area to tnelude thetr work.

4. SALES - The reat of the area will be devoted entirely to ealee
(ineluding whelesale for those working on that level). Worke
tneluded in this area must fall into one of the above categories
(even tf only tenuouely) .
