(c) The operation by which the cutting is carried out shall not encreach rea upon, undermine, or damage any, Property, Cd) The permit shall be issued for a specific time which shall be stated on the permic. (e) No permis shail be issued if, in—the-opinion-c£ the City Administrator — the proposed cutting would adversely affect any adjacent property, road or road allowance or Watercourse, 7. Tie City Adminisrrator shall have the vight at all times to enter upon and inspect all lands ard premises for which 4 permit has been issued pursuant to the provisions of this By-law, and in the event of notice of a breach in any of the provisions of this By-law or a permit issued pursuant thereto being given to the applicant for such permit by the City Administrator, the said applicant shall forthwith cease and desist from cutting any further trees from the said lands and »remises wimtil such breach is remedied, 8. Any person who duly complies with che provisions of this By-law shall be entitled to a permit to cut trees, 9. A permit applies only to the cutting of trees from the lands and premises specifically set cut and described in the permit. 10. Where the holder of a permit owns or acquires further lands and premises from which he Proposes to cut trees then he must notify the City Administrator and take application for a further permit.
