June 2nd, 1980. From the City Administrator, May 27th, 1980 recommending that Works City Admin., and Utilities Superintendent, Mr. G.W. Ulmer, be authorized to attend May 27/80 re Conference. the Governmental and Refuse Collection and Disposal Association Conference in Phoenix, Arizona on August 25th to 29th, 1980 and that his necessary expenses be paid by the City. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That as recommended by the City Administrator, May 27th, 1980 the Works and Utilities Superintendent, Mr. G.W. Ulmer, be authorized to attend the Governmental and Refuse Collection and Disposal Association Conference in Phoenix, Arizona on August 25th to 29th, 1980; AND THAT his necessary expenses incurred therewith be paid by the City. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay commented regarding out of town conferences and suggested perhaps more local conferences should be considered, From the City Administrator, June 2nd, 1980 regarding the sale of City Admin., June 2/80 re City owned land on Marshall Avenue and Warwick Avenue and advising of a City owned land ~ Marshall & revised subdivision layout. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That she revised layout for the Proposed subdivision of property described as Rem. of Lot 6, Block 2, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 13232, addressed as 1975 Warwick Avenue, (and adjacent property) outlined “= on the plan provided, be approved. Carried. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger asked for clarification on the revised layout for the proposed subdivision and the City Engineer was able to answer Council's Inguirles referring to the revised Layout plan posted on the board.
