and Utilities Superintendent, Mr. G.W. Ulmer, be authorized to attend May 27/80 re
Conference.

the Governmental and Refuse Collection and Disposal Association Conference

in Phoenix, Arizona on August 25th to 29th, 1980 and that his necessary

expenses be paid by the City.

That as recommended by the City Administrator, May 27th, 1980 the
Works and Utilities Superintendent, Mr. G.W. Ulmer, be authorized to
attend the Governmental and Refuse Collection and Disposal Association
Conference in Phoenix, Arizona on August 25th to 29th, 1980;

AND THAT his necessary expenses incurred therewith be paid by the
City.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay
commented regarding out of town conferences and suggested perhaps more
local conferences should be considered,

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger asked

for clarification on the revised layout for the proposed subdivision and

the City Engineer was able to answer Council's Inguirles referring to the

revised Layout plan posted on the board. The developer, Mr. G. St.

Germain, was also present and anawered one or two questions.
