TIE CORPOPATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2545 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a4) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the nost recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between then; examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” to ensure consistency between them; determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coauitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The designation of “Residential” shown on Schedule "3" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as enacted by Bylaw Mo. 2508 applying to the 1.4ha (3.46 acre) portion of Lot 4 and Lot 5, District Lot 342, Group One, Plan 1330, New Westminster District, identified "To Be Designated ‘Apartment'” on the plan attached to this Bylaw as “Schedule A", is removed and the designation “Apartment” is applied. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and identified as Schedule “A” “3 attacned to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. his Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 21, 1990, No. 2545".
