Please make a report with a cost estimate for upgrading the existing pedestrian crossing signals
at Fraser & Shaughnessy with the addition of flashing yellow lights similar to the pedestrian
crossing lights at Lions Way and Shaughnessy. Submit a report to me for presentation to the
PWC prior to April 13, 1992.
