BYLAW 2649

WHEREAS the "Offietal Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 29, 1992, No, 2649"
recelved first two readinga on March 2nd, 1992:

AND WHEREAS the Couneil has, since that date, conmaidered the proposed
aneniment to the Officlal Community Plan in conjuastion with the City's most
recent Capltal Expenditure Program;

the Counedl has, since that date, considered tha propnsed
amendment to the Offiedal Comaunity Plan in conjunction with the Economie
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Developmeat Strategy”;
AND WHEREAS no applicable Waate Management Plan extata for consideration;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, {ncluding the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2649 waa tead a

third time on March 30th, 1992;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no dineonsistency can be sean to exist between the amendment to the
‘Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2649 and the
City's moat recent Capital Expenditure Program;

THAT no inconsietency can be sean to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan ‘roposed toa be enacted by Bylaw No. 2649 and the
Economic Strategy Plan” cat was presented to Council at its meeting of May
l3ch, 1985; .

THAT no applicable Waate Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2649 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted,
