Re: 1993 RRAP Delivery,

Cansda Mortgage and Housing Corporation delivers the Residential
Rehabilitation Assistance Program to assist low income households
to maintain their homes and disabled occupants to continue to
live in their current dwellings. Currently we are providing all
delive::y services in your municipality. Normally the local
municipality acts as the RRAP Agent and will handle most of the
delivery responsibilities.

In 1993 we are embarking on a program to re-establish the
delivery of the program in all areas in the hands of local agents.
we would be pleased if you would enter into an agency agreement
with us to handle the delivery in your municipality. Should you
wish to do this, we will arrange to meet with you and review the
agency agreement and fee structure for 1993 and discuss the
relative roles and responsibilities of CMHC and the Municipal
RRAP Agent.

If on the other hand you choose not to take on the delivery
agency, we would like to have your co-operation and support for
another agent to handle the delivery in your area. Again we
would by pleased to visit your offices to discuss how these
arrangements would be handled and who the agent might be.
