BY-LAW NO. 1712

A By-law to amend the “Discctheque Regulation By-law, 1978,

No. 1626". oy .

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (b) of Section 4 of the "Discotheque Regulation By-law,

1978, No. 1626" is repealed and the following substituted:

"(b) The owner or operator of a discotheque may open the discotheque
for free admission on Sundays, only between the hours of 1:00 o'clock in the
afternoon to 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon: and, notwithstanding the provisions
of clause (c) of this Section persons who are 13, 144 15, 16,.17 or 18 years
of age may be permitted to attend any dance session held between these hours."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Discotheque

Regelation By-law, 1978, No. 1626, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1712".
