Rezoning Application (File No. 58/88)

RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a by law
rezoning Lots 2 through 5 of the Subdivision of Parcel Z of
Del. 255, Grp 1, NWLD Plan 17243 from RS-3 To RS-2.

COMMENTS:

This application ts to rezone and subdivide a block of tand
containing a numoer of resident occupied homes. The proposal
was previously considered by the residents and City on several
occasions since 1979. The subdiviston plan submitted is
designed to permit the existing homes to be retained and create
new infill lots in the back.

Approval of the application is recommended.
