PLUMBING PERMIT FEES

The following fees shall be payable upon application for a permit to install,
alter, or repair any plumbing. A minimum fee of $50.00 is payabie for all
types of plumbing permits. ;

6.1.1. for each septic tank installation,
repair or renewal, $19.00

6.1.2. for each sanitary sewer installation; $19.00
6.1.3. for each sewer storm installation; $19.00

6.1.4. sanitary, storm or water piping within
a building were no fixtures are involved;
60¢ per metre.

Plumbing Fixture Permit Fees:

for the installation of each fixture:

water closet, wash basin, bath tub,

shower, s:nk, water tank, floor drain,
automatic washer, laundry tub, dish washer,
roof drain, or bidet;

for the alteration of plumbing where
no fixtures are involved;

All of the fixtures in Table 4.9.A. of the
British Columbia Plumbing Code with the addition
of the following are subject to the above fees:

vacuum breaker hydraulic equipment
sewage sump oul interceptor
grease interceptor gasoline interceptor
neutralizer temporary blow off
double check assembly
