He was fined $650 and is prohibited from driving for one year. © > _ Dale Elwood Kinney pleaded guilty to four counts of posses- sion of stolen property valued at less than $1,000, three counts of theft under $1,000, two counts of mischief causing less than $1,000 damage, tvo counts of failing to comply with a condition of a recognizance, and one count of assaull, Kinney was sentenced to one year and nine months in prison, : oe August 18 Laurence Raymon Beaudette was convicted of assault causing bodily harm. Beaudette was given a suspended. sentence, three months on probation and an order to.perform 50 hours community work service. ~ Bradley Shawn Neufcld was convicted of fraud under $1,000 and impersonating someone with _ intent-to cause disadvantage to that person. He was given a suspended sentence, 18 months probation and an order to pay $86 restitution. August 21 Ted Jerry Watts was convicted - $1,000 of breach of probation. Watts was given a suspended sentence and six months probation, Thomas Harold Brown pleaded guilty to possession of stolen properly valued at Iess than $1,000. He was sentenced to six _ months in jail, in addition to arly time already being served. Jean-Paul Lavallec was con- victed of possession of stolen property’ valued at Jess than and escaping - lawful custody. He was sentenced to six months in jail and one year on probation. Andre Jiriar Nuyens pleaded guilty to three counts of assault. Nuyens was fined $600, Francis Christopher Nuyens pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $300. August 28 Roger Tait pleaded guilty to narcolic possession. Tait was fined $50. Kelly Edward Bennett pleaded guilty to impaired driving, Ben- nett was fined $350 and is prohibited from driving for one year. Yvonne Irene Brown pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 and was fined $75, Timothy William Creed pleaded guilty ta two counts of breaking and entering, possession of stolen property valued at more than $1,000, theft over $1,000, and failing to comply with a con- dition of a recognizance.
