Large rust spots are covering the roof. These rust spots are becoming larger each year and of course eventually they will eat right through. The other area of concern is the roof over the concession area; which is now leaking. Attached please find a report from Tri-Plex who have giv n us an estimate of the cost of doing the repairs.
