A By-law tc amend the "City ef Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
Be, 918",

_ The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore
Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. The Zoning ‘lap of The Corporation of the City of Port Coqhitlan,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
ie amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban
Residential) assigned to Lot 275 of a pian of subdivision of a Portion of
Lot B of Lot 4 of Block 2, Plan 15609 and Log 75, Plan 32984, all of the
North-east Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District,
prepared by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and sworn
cerrect by him on the Twenty-sixth day of June, 1974, and assigning the Zone
Designation of RS-1 (One Family Residential) to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as tha "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By~law, 1974, No. 1331".

September, 1974.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day of

Septenber, 1974, .
