4. The dedication as Nature Area of that portion of Lot 325, Southeast
Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, of Plan 49145, New Westminster District,

shown included within the boundaries of Lot 508 on the Subdivision Plan

of Walter E. Frith referred to in Sect ions l and 2 of this By-law is

removed.

5. That portion of: Lot 12, Block 4, Sout heast Quarter Section 7,

Township 40, Plan 2533, New Westminster District, as shown, included within
the boundaries of Lot 507 on the Subdivision Plan of Walter E. Frith
referred to in Sections 1 and 2 of this By-law is hereby dedicated as

Nature Area upon the same terms and conditions as apply to the Lot 325

hereinbefore described,

6. For greater ceitainty it is declared that all of Lot 507 as shown

on the Subdivision Plan of Walter E, Frith hereinbefore referred to is
hereby dedicated as a Nature Area subject to the same terms and conditions
as presently applied to the Lot 325 hereinbefore described.

7. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Nature Area

Boundary Alteration Authorization By-law, 1981, No. 1806",
