SUBJECT: 1986 Rental Rates

Recommendation:

That all rental rates for the varicus facilities within the
PoCo Recreation Centre, Hyde Creek Centre and the Library
be increased by 5%. Attached to this report is the proposed
rate schedule for 1986.

Background & Comments:

The Committee was of the opinion that it was necessary to
increase the rates by 5% in order for us to keep abreast of
rising costs of operation in our various facilities.
Attached to this report for comparison purposes are the

1985 rates.
