Location and Siting of Parking Facilities:

{a) Where a building or buildings on a lot fal) within nore

7) Development and Maintenance Standards:

(s) The location of all points ingress and egress to a parking

area shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
All off-street parking spacea shall have a clear length

of not less than 18 feet, a clear width of not less than

9 feet, and a clear height of not leas than 7 feet. When
& parking space adjoins a fence or structure over one

foot in height, the width of the Parking space shall be

increased by 1 foot,

Adequate provisions shal! be nace for individual ingress
