If the Council are still of the opinion that your request for rezoning should proceed after tha Public learing has been held the Council will order that the necessary procedures leading to eventual rezoning of your property be undertaken. ‘This in- volves passage of a By-law to amend our present Zoning By-law and, of course, the final deciaion concerning the passage or non-passage of this By-law remains with the Municipal Council, any other factors notwithstanding. Until this By-law has been reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Council your property will remain in the RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) zone and wea would particularly caution you not to take any particular action at this time based upon the assump- tion that the property will be rezoned.
