THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF port COQUITLAM ~ BY-LAW NO. 1621 A By-law to amend thé "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918", The Municipal ‘Coune#l of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The Zoning Map of Yhe Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) assigned to: (a) Lots 1 to'7, inclusive, Block 14, the West Half ‘North West Quarter ‘Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2324, New Westminster District; Lots 16 te 22, inclusive, Block 14, the West Half North West Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2324, New Westminster District; The East 117 feet of Block 15, the West Half North West Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 7086, New Westminster District; All those portions of Road and Lane dedicated on Plan 2324 included within the green outline on a By-law Plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, i i t : 4 5 : B. c. .L.S., and dated August 18th, 1978, a copy of which said Plan was attached to and made part of the "Stratford Street and Salisbury Avenue Plan 2324 Road Exchange By-law, 1978, No. 1620", and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 (One-Family Residential) to the said property. oo . 2.
