RESOLUTIONS:
Moved by Alderman Traboulay: nee eeesons:
Seconded by Alderman Kervluk: Ald. "Teaboclay

WHEREAS Alderman L.M. Traboulay has resigned from his Office as
Alderman pursuant to the provisions of Section 185 of. the Municipal Act
in order that he may be nominated for the Office of Mayor;

AND WHEREAS the said Section 185 provides that the election to fill
the vacancy created by such resignation may be held at the same time as
the election for. the Mayor, and shall be considered a separate election;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the election of an Alderman to

fice tor the unexpired term of Alderman L.M. Traboulay be held at
the same time as the General Municipal Election occurring later this
year;
AND THAT all appointments or arrangements made for the General
Municipal Election occurring later this year shall be deemed to apply to

the separate election required by the resignation of Alderman Traboulay.

WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is the
registered owner of the westerly eight Feet and the southerly four feet
of Lot 36, Block 1, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster
District;

AND WHEREAS the registered owner of the remaining portion of the
said Lot 36 desires tc consolidate that remaining portion with the
adjacent Lot 35 by Plan of Subdivision;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to dedicate the City owned
portions of the said Lot 36 as lane on that Plan of Subdivision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Subdivision Plan of Lots 35

and 36, Block 1, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster

District wherein Lot 121 is created and the westerly eight feet of Lot

36 and the southerly four feet of Lot 35 and 36 are dedicated as Lane

prepared by V.C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., and dated January 8th, 1981 be approved;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to s gn

the said Plan on behalf of the City and to affix the City's Corporate

Seal thereto.
