DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 31, 1992, No. 2661"
received first two readings earlier in this meeting;

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community
Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2661 does not affect the District of
Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District.
