Re: Application for Strata Subdivision - S#2-74
1052 Ellis Drive, Port Coquitlam

Members of Council will recall that the above-noted application to subdivide
a duplex under ‘construction at the above-noted address received approval in principle
on February 18th, 1974.

The final strata plan h2s now been presented for signature and photocopies of
Page 1 and Page 4 of the six-page Plan are attached showing the actual subdivision

details.
If Council now wish to carry through and finally approve the Plan we would suggest

that the following resolution be passed: :

“Phat the Strata Plan of Lot 421, South-east Quarter Section 6, Township 40,
New Westminster District, Plan 4574 prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated
April 16th, 1974, be and the same is hereby approved;

AND TUAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said
Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto."

The applicant has paid to the City the amount of $920.00 for the Waterworks Reserve

‘Fund, Parks Land Acquisition Fund, and the Subdivision By-law fee.
