1200 and 1300 Blocks Victoria Drive

The Committee hag since received a plan and has compared this
plan with the one submitted to Council on September 29, 1980. This
plan sow produces only one lot fewer (61 lots vs 62 dots in the
earlier plan). The Committee is of the opinion that the latest
plan is more desirable as it asoures better access to the Nature

Area.

The Committee therefore recommends that this latest subdivision
plan be adopted as the basis for conaideration of the subject
rezoning applicatien. :
