A Bytaw to amend the "Traffic ,
Regulation Bylaw, 1971, Now 1117", MAY 28 1984 °'

The Municipal Council oc: The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, im open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Reguiation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" is
amended by deleting the phrases "Irvine Avenue" and "Lot 6, Plan 2396" where they
are used to define parking regulations on the south side of Pitt River Road and
inserting in their place the phrases "Shaughnessy Street" and "West Property Line
Lot 3, Plan 1761", respectively.

Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw Is further amended by inserting therein,
in its correct alphabetical order, a restriction “parking prohibited at all
times" on the south side of Pitt River Road from Mary HII! Road to a point 35 m

west of Mary Hilf Road.

Clause (d)(i) of Section 10 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw fs repealed and the
following substituted:

"(d)(i) Al? vehicles parked In the parking area under the control of the City
contained within the area bounded by Maple Street, Kingsway Avenue,
Shaughnessy Street, and Elgin Avenue, shail park so as to conform with
the parking restrictions shown on Sheet 2 of City of Port Coquitlam
Engineering Department Drawing No. 210-121 dated May, 1982, with
revisions to April, 1984, which said drawing Is attached to and made part

of Bylaw No. 2044."

Sheet 2 of City of Port Coquitiam Engineering Department Drawing No. 210-121
entitied "Parking Lot on Kingsway Avenue between Shaughnessy Street and Maple
Street - Parking Allocations" and dated May, 1982, with reviston> to April, 1984,

is attached to and made part of this Bylaw.

This Bytaw may be cited for all purposes 4s the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, I971,
No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2044",
