A regular meeting of the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, October 28th, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. . |

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D,
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R, Wright in
attendance,

R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F,.E, Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.

--Moster Group of Companies, applicant for the proposed development. at
Shaughnessy & Lougheed who then made a presentation to Council.. Also
received was a report. from the Director of Community Planning, October |
21st, 1985 regarding the property referred to as the "Marathon Property
“Site'= 2058 Lougheed Highway.. | : |

- - That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a rezoning
bylaw for Lot 83 of Plan 47652 NWLO. The bylaw Is to rezone this lot

AND THAT final reading of the bylaw be held pending registering a
Restrictive. Covenant governing buiiding on the sile. | 7
