NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land and
residence in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly
described as:

Those portions of:

(a) Lot 36, Block 8, Plan 1897;

(b) Lots 5, 6, 38, und 36, Block 7, Plan 1897;
Those portions of Parcels "A" and "B", Reterence Ptan 70059,
included within Lot 1 of a subdivision plan prepared by Walter E.
Frith, B.C.L.S., under Job No. C3661-85A and dated June 24th, 1985

all in District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District.

This property is located west of Our Lady of the Assumption Church,
3141 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

In the event that the foregoing lands are offered for sale, the lowest
price which will be accepted for them is. $40,000.00.
