THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2261

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in ooen
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Cotumbia which js
more particularly described as:

Lots 220
Northwest Quarter Section 6
Township 40
Plan 56242
| New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from Rs-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2261".
