WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and
atter First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has:

(a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most
recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the
Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them;

examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the
Feonomic Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial
Development Strategy” to ensure consistency between then;

determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for
consideration;

determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the
District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt.
Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
NOW THEREFOR® the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Ll. Subsection (1) of Section 2.6 of Chapter "y DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS" of
Schedule "A" of the “Official Community Flan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is
repealed and the following substituted: .

"€1) Boundaries

North: Center line of Coquitlam River and center line of
Kingsway. . .

South: Center line of Wilson Avenue between the center line
of Coquitlam River and- Reeve Street; center ine of
Pitt River Road between Reeve Street and Mary .Hill
Road; and center line of Wilson Avenue between Mary

Hill Road and Kingsway.

Center line of Kingsway Avenue . from the C.P.R. right
of way to Wilson Street; center line of Mary Hill Road
between Wilson Avenue and Welcher Avenue; center line
of Donald Street between Welcher Avenue and Central.
Avenue; a line along the west property lines of Lot A,
