The subject property has sufficient area and width to be subdivided into
two single family lots under the current R&-1 zone,

The intent of the current Rezoning Application is to permit a three lot
subdivision under RS-2 zone.

Subdivision of three lots would result in each lot having insufficient
width, The deficient would range from 0.1 m (0.3 feet) to 0.75 m (2.5 feet).

The three lots would, however, have sufficient area as required under the RS~2
