8. The Grantee is the registered owner of those lands situate, lying and
being in the City cf Port Coquitlam, in the Province of British Columbia, and being
more particularly known and described as:

(hereinafter called "Lot 129!)

c. The Grantee has or will be constructing on Lot 129 a building and the
Grantor has agreed +o grant to the Grantee the easement hereinafter defined for tha
Purposas of constructing, repairing, maintaining, painting, cleaning and servicing a
wall of the’ said building which encroaches onto Lot 127.

. NOW THEREFORE THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in consideration of the sum
of. TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) now: paid by the Grantee te the Grantor (the receipt in
sufficiency-of which is hereby acknowledged by the Grantor) the Grantor and Grantee

covenant and agree as follows:

1. GRANT _OF EASEMENT

1.01 The Grantor, as the owner in fee simple of Lot 127 does hereby grant,
assign and confirm unto the Grantee, as the owner of Lot 129, its heirs, executors,
‘administeators, successors and assigns, and the owners and occupiers for the time
being of Lot 129, their servants, agents, lessees, licencees, contractors and such
mechanical equipment or other tools as in the opinion of the Grantee. may, from time to
time, ‘be necessary, The full; free and uninterrupted right, licence, liberty, easement .
and ‘privilege in perpetuity to pass and re-pass upon: ; . ,

prepared by W.E&. Frith, 8.C.L.S., certified correct the 2nd day: of

September, 1983, a print of which is attached hereto as Schedule "A" and
‘which has been registered in the New westminster Land Title Office as
