Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port.
Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, July 23rd, 1984 at 7:30 Pem. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Byjaw No. 2048: to rezone Lot 40, South West 1/4 of
Section 7, Township 40, Plan 25211, New Westminster
District, from RS-i and RS-2 to RS-1 in its entirety.

This property is located at 1460 Ape! Drive and,. following
completion of the rezoning procedures, it is expected that
the property will be subdivided to provide a site for an
additional single family dwelling. a

may be Inspected In the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquittam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
@em. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing. ,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected ty
the proposed bylaw shal! be afforded an opportunity to be heard
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
