Plan 2797 of the South West Quarter, Section 7, Tawnshin 40,

New Westminster District In exchange for a portion of

Lot 383 of the Soutn West Quarter, Section 7, Township 40,

New Mestminster District, Plan 60681, to be estab! ished as wy
oad.

WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirous of cancelling
portions of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2797 in the South West Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coguitiam In the Province of

British Columbia;

AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this Bylaw has
agreed to convey the said land to the City so that it may be established as an
addition to the Roads in the South West Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New
westminster District;

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, provides that the Councl! may by Bylaw dispose of any portion of @
highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving,
widening, straightening, relocating or diverting the highway;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquit!am,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as fo! lows:

i The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam Is hereby authorized to convey to The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or
tracts ot fand and premises which may be more particuiarly described as follows:

All those portions of road dedicated on Plan 2797 lying adjacent to Block 20 of
the South West Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Wastminster District shown
hatched on a reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land

Surveyor dated the 9th day of January 1987, a copy of which Is attach hereto;

at or for the price or sum of $1.00 In exchange tor those certain parcels or tracts of
land described in the next Section hereof.
