Moved by Alderman Laking: seconded by Alderman Wright: That the City accept the Beedie Group's offer for sandfill on the strip of City land between their property and the dyke and that the City agree in principle to the use of this property by owners of the adjacent industrial parcels for storage, subject to an agreement being reached with the City and covered by a section 215 covenant on the lands, for the following items: t. Subject to no fencing being placed closer than ten teet from the new toe of the slope. 2. Subject to the agreement giving the City continued rignt to access to all of its property if necessary for purposes of maintenance or construction.
