Club probes mysteries in-'Nancy Drew series THEY’RE ON the case, Five girls have started a book club of a different kind. The Nancy Drew Club gets together two to three times per month to collect and talk about the books of the Nancy Drew series, ‘We really enjoy the books,’’ says club member, Veronica Walker, whose younger sister Maria is also amember. The group of girls started the club last August and have already collected more than haif of the 56 books in the series, which was writ- ten by various authors over several decades. Walker says they like the older books, some of which date back to the 1930s.
