Parks and Recreation recommendations to Council:

Subject: Lacrosse Box - George Pearkes Jr. Secondary School

In order to proceed with the design and construction of
the Lacrosse Box previously approved by Council it is necessary at
this time to engage a Consultant to prepare Drawings and Specifications
for a Tender Call. The Committee recommends the engagement of the firm
of Architects, Carlberg, Jackson Partners at a cost not to exceed
$1,200.00. The desten would be carried out in conjunction with the
Parks and Recreation Comnittee as well as with representatives of

Minor Lacrosse and knowledgeable personnel with other Lower Mainland
