DRAFT RESOLUTION ~

"THAT that portion of Lot 43, Block 5, District 464, Group One,
Plan 21271, New Westminster District, outlined red on the by-law plan
attached to the “Lougheed Highway (Texaco Canada Inc.) Highway Expropriation
By-law, No. 1625, 1978" which said by-law plan has been assigned the
number 55707 by the New Westminster Land Registry Office be purchased
from the registered owner thereof at or for the price or sum of Fifteen
Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars;

THAT the said purchase be recognized as full satisfaction of the
expropriation affected by the said By-law No. 1625;

AND THAT the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Treasurer be authorized to
execute the necessary documents thereforeon behalf of the City and to
affix the Corporate Seal thereto."
