will hold a Public Hearing in the St ee Gatherine!
McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, September 29th, 1980 at 7:30
p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1775: .to rezone:

(a) Lot 78, N.W. 1/4, Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 33655, New Westminster District, and.

(b) East 151 Feet of Lot 50, N.W. 1/4, Section 6,
Township 40, ‘Plan 26239, New Westminster.

‘District, from RS-1 to C-2,

This property is located on the West. Side of the 3300 Block

Ulster Street and it is expected that following completion: of
the re-zouing procedures a Medical Centre will be developed
thereon comprising a two story structure providing a total

usable floor area of 15,900 square feet with parking for .

48 cars being provided on site with access to Ulster Street.

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, “may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at 2272
“McAllister Avenue, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P.m., On working days,
September 18th, 1980 to September 29th, 1980. .

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed

By-‘aw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters

contained in the By-law.
