BYLAW NO. 2203

A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation of certain real property

set apart and in use for the public worship of God.
WHEREAS the title to Lot 87, District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster

District, Plan 41485, is registered in the name of The Pentacosta! Assemblies of

AND WHEREAS it is desired to set out herein the extent of the exemption from

taxation granted with respect to the property aforesaid;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That parce! of real property, together with the improvements Situated —

thereon, known as Lot 87, District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District, Plan

41485, Is hereby dectared to be exempt trom taxation to the extent provided In Section
399(6) of the Municipal Act.
