BYLAW NO. 2047

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated In Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lots 4, 3, & 6

Bleck 3

District Lot 232

Group One

Pian 2309 ‘
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2047",

Read a first time by the Municipal Counc]! this 25th day of June, 1984.
Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! thls 25th day of June, 1984.
