That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the form
included in the Council Agenda of September 11, 1989 releasing Genstar from
further responsibilities pertaining to drainage from Hazel Trembath School

Northeast Corner of Lincoln Drive and Coast Meridian Road
Northwest Corner of Lincoln Drive and Ulster Street
Northwest Corner of Lincoln Drive and Sutherland Street
Southeast Corner of Lincoln Drive and Bloomfield Place
Northwest Corner of Bracewell Court and Lincoln Drive
Southeast Corner of Bracewell Place and Lincoln Drive
Northeast Corner of Swire Place and Lincoln Drive
Southwest Corner of Sutherland Avenue and Lincoln Drive

From the City Engineer, September 8th, 1989 concerning changes to downtown
parking restrictions.

Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

1. That the following changes to downtown parking restrictions be approved:

(a) All parking stalls on Elgin, Whyte, and Marpole Avenues from
Shaughnessy Street to the lane west of Shaughnessy Street be
converted from two hour parking to one hour parking.

The first nine parking stalls on the north side of McAllister
Avenue east of Shaughnessy Street be converted from one hour to
two hour parking.

2. That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the City's
Traffic Bylaw to reflect Recommendation 1 if approved.
