That the following changes to downtown parking restrictions be approved: (a) All parking stalls on Elgin, Whyte, and Marpole Avenues from Shaughnessy Street to the lane west of Shaughnessy Street be converted from two hour parking to one hour parking. The first nine parking stalls on the north side of McAllister Avenue east of Shaughnessy Street be converted from one hour to two hour parking. 2. That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the City's Traffic Bylaw to reflect Recommendation 1 if approved. Carried.
