| Resolutions: re Sale of City froperty. February 22nd, 1982. RESOLUTIONS: Moved by Alderman Vater: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the Agreement of Purchase and Sale submitted by Shaughnessy Housing Co-Operative c/o 1954 West 6th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. submitted in response to a "Public Notice - Real Property for Sale by Tender" dated January 29th, 1982 and referring to the undernoted lands and premises: Lots 9 and 10 Block 2 District Lot 289 Group 1 Plan 2396 New Westminster District Lots 12 and 1.3 Block 5 District Lot 289 Group 1 Plan 2396 New Westminster District Parcel A (Bylaw Plan 62823) District Lot 289 Group 1 Plan 2396 New Westminster District wherein the said Shaughnessy Housing Co-Operative offers to purchase the said lands and premises from the City for the price of $237,768.00 be accepted; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the "Venders Acceptance of Offer" required as well as all other deeds, documents, or plans required to complete the transaction subject to compliance with the terms of the said offer. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution Alderman Laking suggested that the compietion date of the sale be amended to read the tenth day of March, 1982, and that the agreement include the requirement for right-of-ways if necessary, and that the development be restricted to Co-Operative Housing. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Vater: That Item 2 on Page 2 of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale be amended to read: “on or before the tenth day of March, 1982";
