Re: Proposed New Library Quarters

Requests have been received from the PoCo "Happy Times" Pre-school

and the Children's House Montessori Pre-school Society for use of the present

Library building. These requests have been turned over to the Building and
Pretection Committee for study.

From the standpoint of the applicants, as well as that of our new
jibrary facility, planning cannot go ahead until we have a definite commitment

from Horner Developments Ltd. with regard to a building time schedule for the

new building. .

Mr. Horner has been invited, and is expected to be in attendance: at

the Council meeting on Monday, February 23rd, 1976, to answer any questions of

Council and as well provide us. with information regarding progress on the

library building.
