NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BY-1AW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Cicty of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 19th,
1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following Proposed By-law to amend the "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651":

By~law No. 1655: to rezone Lot 117, District Let 289, Group One, Plan
56489, New Westminsrer District from RM-2 (Apartment Residential)

tp RM-4 (Apartment Residential).

The property is located at 2275 Atkins Avenue and was the subject
of a previous Public Hearing on November 6th, 1978 with ~ view
to approval of a Land Use Contract, however these procedures
were never completed. It is expected that a 24-unit Strata-title
apartment development will be created following completion of

the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall at the address given above, between

the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4330 p.m. - on working days - from March 8th, 1979

to Harch 19th, 1979,
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by th?

Proposed Ry-law hall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing

on matters contained in the By-law.
