WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1) (b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may.by by-law stop up and close to traffic a portion or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Fort Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: All that portion of Ulster Street adjacent to Block 14 of the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District shown dedicated on Plan 2797,-which may be more particularly described as follows: All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2797 being adjacent to Block 14 of the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District, containing an area of 0.0898 ha. and shown outlined red on a By-law Plan certified by W.E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated the 21st day of June, 1979; a copy of which is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2.
