RECOMMENDATION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in

. his memorandum of March 6th, 1987 a Development Variance Permit

: be approved to authorize reducticon of the side yard
a requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 801, RS-1,
Subsection (5) (a) Interior Sideyards from 1.2 meters to 0.88
: meters for the sideyard of Lot 20 beside Lot 19, Block 3, D.L.

: BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

_ Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting
: of March 6th, 1987 the owners and residents of property

: surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council
: are considering issuance of this Development Variance Permit at
