reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property
for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved:
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids if Council in its
absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate.
