WHEREAS pursuant to clause {(b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Couneil may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as. follows: 1. All that portion of road which may be more particularly described as follows: - Ts All that portion of road in District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District shown dedicated on Plan 1317 having an area of 0.0690 ha shown within the outline on a Reference Plan certified by Vernon C. Goudal, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 22nd day of December, 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2. .
