REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted properties:

Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, Block 25, District Lot 174 and 289,
Pian 2080, New Weatminster District and the lane located between these
properties.

This property is located on the south side of the 2300 Block Rindail
Avenue and the north side of 2300 Block Pitt River Read and consists of 10
individual lots and an intervening lane. The property is presently zoned A~l
(Agricultural).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outaide "Tender for 2300 Bik Rindali Avenue Property” and addressed to:

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock no: ¢ a wary 2nd, 1991. Any

tender received after this time ‘be as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result. of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

‘1. ae) A certified cheque in the amount ef $5,000.00 payable to the City of
Port Coquitlam must accompany each tender aa a deposit and each
tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a pericd of 30
days. oe

Upon a tender being accepted by the Council a4 further installment of |
$50,000.00 must be paid to the City by certified cheque by the
suceessful tenterer within five days of receipt of notice of —
acceptance of the tender or the deposit will be forfeited.

c.) The balance of the offered price must be paid by. the succesaful
tenderer within 30 days or ag soon thereafter as requested or the
deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tencerera will be returned no.
later than 30 daya after the closing time specified above, Uniesa a
tender specifies that in the event the tender is unsuccessful the cheque
tg to be held for personal pickup f; the 11 ordinary msil will be

used for return.
